Summary: Neat, light- weight machine. Simple to set up as a novice using the user guide or intuitively as an experienced sewer. Lots of great functions including fast bobbin winding system and automatic threading. 60 built-in stitches. Great machine.
Summary: I wanted to get my wife a new sewing machine for Christmas. Like everything I buy, I do a lot of homework particularly checking out all the reviews I can find. As a result, because of the quality, features, and price, this make and model machine very strongly appeared to be the answer. It seemed to be a great value for the money. According to her, even though she does a lot of sewing, she is no way an expert sewing machine user but neither is she a rookie.
Summary: I've never used a sewing machine before but my research said this was the best choice. The price was so reasonable, much less than what I spend getting things fixed or hemmed. It's easy and I'm very happy with it. Ive never used any other but would recommend this one. The features are cool.
I love it. It does everything I need and probably more.

Summary: I purchased the Brother 6000 because I needed to do a lot of button holes. My other machines can do button holes but they are done manually. These are done 100% automatic and come out perfectly. It sews very well and has so many different stitches to choose from.
Summary: I had purchased this machine for my grand daughter last year while teaching her how to sew. I had a relic and really liked the options and ease of use of the Brother CS6000i and decided to buy one as a Christmas gift to myself. The only thing I don't like about it is that I find the self-threader impossible to use. Aside from that, for the price I haven't seen another machine with 60 stitches, an embroidery attachment and the other features it has.
Summary: I bought this sewing machine because I was sick of fighting with my old one and wanted an upgrade anyway. I love, love, love this machine. It is very smooth and easy to use. However, the auto thread is a little tricky. But all and all, I would buy it again.
Summary: I bought the Brother CS6000i as an upgrade machine from the one that I already had (which was also a Brother). This machine has done everything I have expected from it, and more. I love all of the stitch selections, as I am sewing more, and needing more choices. I could not beat the price! It is a lot of machine for the money!
Summary: This sewing machine was much needed in my home because of all the sewing and alternations I do. I really enjoy having my Brother CS6000i because it is easy to use and performs as I want my well. My finished product looks much better with my new machine.
Summary: Great machine and very user friendly. Very happy with it. I would buy another one. I was not too sure about it when I purchased it but it has met all or greater than my expectations. It is a great product. My purchase was well worth the price and quality. .
Summary: I bought this Brother CS6000i as an entry level sewing machine to see if I still liked sewing. It replaces an old Singer, no drop-in bobbin, machine that was not working well. The options and the price caught my attention. I never expected it to have all the bells and whistles that I wanted plus others. It appeared and operated as Brand New, even though it had been refurbished. I will look at this new for me brand more often.
