Motorola DCT700 is a digital set top box. It enables user to receive free to air and encoded TV and radio programmes via satellite. It allows digital channels and services including high definition TV (HDTV), electronic program guides (EPGs), pay-per-view (PPV), Video on Demand (VoD) and other information and entertainment services.

Features

The DCT700 features interactive program guide that provides program information and also program guide for future program. Besides that, it also features Video on Demand (VoD) and commercial-free music. In addition, it complies with AC-3 standard for 5.1 Dolby® Digital Surround Sound that provide high quality surround sound. Furthermore, it can be connected to TV through coaxial cable or analogue (RCA-type) audio/video jacks located at the back. Additionally, user can control the device with an optional remote control as it supports infra-red (IR).
