Summary: This issue won't apply to most people, but in large parts of Ireland we can get the UK's Freeview service, and the Rep Of Ireland's Saorview service. This box will receive both fine, but not at the same time. During setup, after it has tuned in all ~150 channels, it asks you to pick a region, either the 130 channels detected for Northern Ireland (Freeview), or the 18 Channels from RTE NL (Saorview). It will then bin the channels you don't pick.
Summary: I must say upon getting our HD box we we're very happy to receive HD channel's without a monthly subscription. It also is a great little box with good picture/sound when it works properly. On a day to day basis it's not bad at all, but it's beginning to get annoying to have to reboot it everyday. I suspect it has something to do with turning if off at the mains however, but it causes the box to crash and the picture is frozen.
Great Product for a Bargain Price offered November 2011

Summary: All Goodmans Products are great products especially if you can purchase at a bargain price, which I did late November 2011 as it was a Christmas present hence very late review. Set up very easy, but I experienced problems with my set up to my HD Ready TV. It may have been due to the equipment I have linked to my TV: DVD Player/Recorder and Video Player, however it now works and the HD picture is really fantastic especially for nature programs, e.g. Earth Flight!
Summary: I purchased one of these boxes at Comet for a really low price of just £29.99. I was amazed to see a freeview HD box for such a low price. The box works well, but after a few weeks it started to crash. It happens every now and again but for £30 I wasn't expecting much. The freeview HD picture quality on the HD channels is really good and the standard def. channels seem to look better than the TV's inbuilt tuner which is a bonus.
