Summary: I live in México , i could not use The product be cause The card i need with my satéllite is not The same as The needed in The USA. Ii contact The seller and they gave me full refund withouth isues its a great dealer but i didnt choose The product right but i deal with them again in another product no doubt
Summary: very dissapointed when product arrived I immediately noticed the box had been opened and retaped. The product had been advertised by the seller as new. When I opened the box I noticed all sealed packages had been opened. It was missing the second remote for the 2 room (RF remote). could tell what pieces were missing because all packaging had been opened.
Summary: I purchased a Dish 322 Receiver at a great price and received it in just a few days. I had technical questions regarding my product and was given tech info from this seller that surpassed my service provider. Very pleased and would recommend this seller to anyone. Who says internet shopping can"t have a personal touch?
Summary: The unit came within a week. I went to install it at our summer home dow the New Jersey shore and had to call Dish customer support. FIrst, I had to download new software to the unit. While doing that the setup needed to find a phone dial tone. Since this is out summer home we do not have a land line and use our cell phones. To fix this I had to go to Radio Shack, buy a 100 foot long phone cord and plug into my neighbors phone line to get past this menu.
Summary: i chose this rating due to the fact that when i contacted dish to have it activated they would not do it due to the fact that it is already on an account and there is a $80.00 deliquent balance due , and until the balance is paid I will not be able to activate the receiver, they also gave me the customers name that the account is in, the receiver its self is in good repair , however its not doing me any good .
