Summary: The Travel Scanner works great, when it works. I have to keep reinstalling the software when it stops (as it does regularly). I had this trouble with Travel Scanner 100 model also. Windows 7 and now Windows 8.1. This is getting tiresome!
Summary: Bought this to use with a Win 8.1 computer. Installed it according to the enclosed instructions and it would not work. I uninstalled the drivers and software, downloaded up to date software. It would still not work. From a white printed page it will only make an image that is an all black page.
Summary: Pros: So small and light. Love the fact that doesnt need a power cord. One button touch alow you to do the job faster. The software thats comes along its great, omnipage is awesome, and PDF converter is one of the best i have use. Scan legal size paper.

Summary: I own the big Neat Scanner and purchased and set this product up for a friend because it comes with the Nuance PDF Converter software that also supports the Neat Scanner. This product installs much more easily than the lower model, the Xerox Travel Scanner 100.
