The Xerox DocuMate 3115 is a scanner that features an optical resolution of up to 600 dpi and an output bit depth 24-bit color, 8-bit grayscale, and 1-bit bitonal. It supports fast sheetfed duplex and front sheetfed scan method with a speed of up to 200 dpi 15 ppm simplex / 30 ipm duplex for black and white and 150 dpi 15 ppm simplex / 30 ipm duplex for color scan. The unit also features crop, deskew, thresholding functions, OneTouch Scanning Scan to 6 front panel selectable destinations, Hi-Speed USB 2.0 (USB 1.1 compatible) interface and measures 11.7 x 2.8 x 3.3”. It weighs 2.2 lbs. The scanner has a duty cycle of 500 pages per day.

The Xerox DocuMate 3115 is a scanner that supports an array of documents and ID cards and is compatible with a docking station. It is a USB powered portable scanner that is compatible with PC or Mac®, and scans documents at 15 ppm in simplex / 30 ipm in duplex. It also features OneTouch pre-programmed “scan-to” destinations, Kofax VRS technology which corrects imperfect original scans, a 20 page ADF capacity and comes with a professional software package that includes Nuance PaperPort and OmniPage Pro for desktop document management and OCR. The unit is compatible for scanning contracts, forms, receipts, photos, ID cards, handwritten notes or virtually any document of varying size. Powered by Visioneer OneTouch® technology, the scanner allows users to scan to the “destination” of their choice by pressing a single button, in a choice of 6 presets which automatically sets the scanner to optimize resolution, color, cropping, and file format for type of documents scanned. Kofax VRS image enhancement technology automatically turns imperfect original scans into perfect scans so that they may be read correctly, while Nuance PaperPort transforms paper documents into searchable digital documents and helps create PDF files. Nuance OmniPage Pro scans documents into editable, formatted text that can be used in any word processing, desktop publishing or web publishing program.
