Summary: Bought this item in March 2009. Worked fine out of the box. Stopped working at the end of June 2009. Xerox confirmed (after having me do tests) that the unit was defective. Got an RMA number and it cost me $40 to ship it back. Still waiting for a replacement.
Summary: I tried to use this scanner in a archiving records application. When it works, it great. The problem is if the paper jams, then you have to turn off the scanner to clear the jam and you lose you whole scanning job!
