Summary: I liked the size and look (and price) of this better than the newer models, and was happy that Xerox provided all the free support I needed to get it working on my Windows 7 Dell laptop. Only took about 30 min for them to get it running (and I am very technically challenged - needed step-by-step phone support)
Summary: Total work horse, I now have 3 of these scanners. The first one I've had for many years, scanning well over 30,000 documents. Just purchased 2 more, one for home and the for a second office. I was thrilled to see it was still available. Only had to recently change the little piece just inside the front panel which they provide 1 extra. Would highly recommend, I have no idea what a more expensive scanner could offer.
Excellent and full featured documentscanner in a very small footprint size.

Summary: This is an exceptional desktop scanner for documents less than 50-60 pages. It scans everything from full pages all the way down to gas receipts and all at the same time! (If documents are centered in tray) Our company currently owns 4 and every single user love it for scanning items directly to email as an attached PDF. No fuss No muss.
Summary: I use my scanner every day... My old one was really worn out and this one arrived so quickly that I was able to meet my monthly quota of copied pages . It was clean (like new) condition. I am very happy.
Summary: I bought 10 of these for my company. They scan hundred of sheets per day. I have had them running for 5 years and still going strong. I just bought another one recently because they have been so reliable for the cost.
Pros: We bought this for a proof of concept. We intended to replace it with a much more robust scanner before we went live. It worked so well that we've never replaced it. It isn't the fastest thing on the planet, but we've put about 100,000 pages through it and its still going, not what I would expect from a little home office document scanner.
Cons: It is relatively slow compared to other scanners but we just put a stack on it hit the button and walk away. It does jam occaisionally but usually that's because the paper is wrinkled or someone put to big of a stack in not because the machine itself is prone to jamming
