Summary: Being a long time customer of Visioneer I jumped at the chance to upgrade to this unit when it's price point fell due to a newer model being introduced. Works well on Vista and has a driver for Windows 7. It's earlier model (XP 200) which I had for several years did not. One caution this product is no longer in production. Drivers will probably not be available for the next version of Windows. If you can get it at a steep discount over original retail it is a good unit.
Summary: I purchase this product to help my office become paperless. We like it because it is small enough to move from one computer to another. We have save a lot of time and paper and it have been a pleasure to use and teach my office staff. It was a little tricky on the selecting whether to let the paper roll up or out the back but once we decided on that, it is great.
Lickity split!!! For the price (75 bucks) and the convenience it's a good buy.

Summary: I got this so I wouldn't have to get up and walk a few feet to another computer with the all-in-one scanner/printer. Wow ... I like! The install was a hassle, but once done the thing ... just works. Whatever paper type you have, it will upload it quick ... just insert and the scanner pulls the paper through and the software pops up on the computer screen. Slippery cards will slip so you have to give them a little nudge or push.
Summary: I use an XP200 at home and XP220 at work. Bought this for the church secretary. Can quickly scan a pile of papers to save file space. Can't scan a page out of a book or magazine. You need a calibration sheet, which you might not get if you buy used as I did, but I already had one. There is also a cleaning sheet that sometimes works. If it does not cure a vertical line on the scan, you have to partially disassemble and clean with a cotton swab and alcohol.
Summary: I am impressed with the functionality of this scanner. I was able to find and download the software with ease. The support articles are well written and informative. The scanner's self installation was flawless; and it's teste surpassed all expectations.
Fabulously quick to use for up loading all the old family photos: Window 7 compatible

Summary: wow, I know this company has been around for a long time and we were very impressed with this light and very portable scanner. We particulary wanted to test this with scanning photos, especially since our families are all over the place and everyone has their little collection of family history captured prior to the digital days. We found the software is compatible with Window 7 (latest as of late 2010), which is great.
