Summary: I bought five of these to use at our doctor's office for scanning insurance and ID cards into our computer system. Initially installed on Windows XP 32bit. The software didn't work right and support gave me a link to a "power tools" fix that resolved some of the issues.
Pros: Small foot print on the desk. Quick, reasonably good quality scans. Most of the time. Good product for the price if you're using Windows XP.
Cons: Almost always blurry on one side. Doesn't scan entire page width in Win7 64bit no matter what.
Really Fast But Install is Braindead, OK for Win7 64-bit

Summary: I'm keeping this scanner, only because it's lightning fast and works great with Twain Multiple Acquire. However, if you're an inexperienced and easily frustrated Windows user, you may end up throwing this against the wall before you get it working. I only thought about that, three different times.
