Summary: Does not work well with windows 7 and has horrible drivers. You can get this scanner to work once or twice then need to reboot. If you are looking at this scanner to do medical front desk intake look else where as the drivers don't work well with EMR's
Summary: Do not buy this if you use a mac computer. Unfortunately, they do not list the platform requirements like the other scanners, so I assumed that it was mac compatible. I had to pay my own return costs and was charged a restocking fee, so I did not get refunded for a full return. I was very disappointed because I thought it would be a great option for my new small business needs, but it ended up costing me money on top of all my other expenses.
Summary: I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS. BUT I WENT TO BUY MY THIRD UNIT FOR OUR THIRD STATION AND SAW IT HAD A 1 STAR REVIEW. THIS WORKS GREAT. WE SCAN DRIVERS LICENSES DAILY. NO MORE TO SAY. NEED TO SCAN THIS SIZE. GET THIS UNIT!
Summary: They have some weird driver issues and it does not work. I have a windows 8 64-bit machine tried did not work. Tried on a windows 7 32 bit laptop, no go. Installed on a 32-bit xp VM on top of VMware Workstation still not working. Would have gladly returned, except we were in middle of moving so missed the 30-day return window. Now stuck with a useless device.
