Summary: I bought one of these used in 2010 when an Amazon vendor was selling them for $300. Received one in almost new condition (less than 200K copies), best value for a feeder scanner ever. I've had no problems in a year and a half.
Summary: We just received this scanner, and it installed instantly. It scans quickly, feeding about 2 seconds per page at 200 dpi and a little over 4 seconds per page at 400 dpi. We've seen scanners absolutely wreck a computer system, probably due to driver problems, but we checked and did not have that...
Summary: We have purchased two (2) of these before, and they are very good. We average around 1,200 items scanned DAILY, and it lasted around 3 years. We had to replace one due to the sensors finally going bad, and if they stop working, the entire machine needs replaced.
Pros: Reliable scanner; have had it about two years in a tax practice. We scan all the workpapers, a total of about 13,000 pages during the first few months of the year and it scans odd sizes equally well. A real workhorse with the only problem being occasional cleaning. I looking to buy a third unit. ...
Summary: We have two of these units, and we scan hundreds of pages each and every day. Although periodic cleaning is necessary for optimal results, these units have worked very well for us given the very high number of scans they are used for.
Pros: Fast for a color duplex scanner, even faster in greyscale simplex mode. Virtually no paper jams or mis-feeds. Excellent de-skew and smoothing features. TWAIN Support.
Cons: Rollers tend to pick up toner from faxes/laser printed pages over time. Eventually lines of toner appear on scans, forcing a cleaning of the rollers. The included software bundle looks outdated.
Cons: My first one worked great until about 550 pages had been scanned and then would keep jamming even after cleaning the scanner.I sent this one back to newegg who was great about the return and I figured it was just this unit that had the problem so I bought an other one to get it here asap to not s...
Pros: schnell, klein, robust
Cons: staubempfindliche Linse, eignet sich nicht um Fotos einzuscannen
