Summary: Be aware that this scanner does not yet work with Mac OS 10.11 El Capitan as of the time of this writing. Now that Ive upgraded to OS 10.11 the scanner is useless, and thus far they have no date for updating the drivers at Mustek.

Summary: i bought this a little over a week ago and its wonderful except for one thing: all color scans are yellow. i cant figure out why! is it possible im being really dumb and forgetting to remove some yellow film from a lens or something? do i have the settings wrong?
Summary: The product I received did not work (out of the box). After trying installs on Windows 7 and XP, messages appeared saying that the drivers could not be found. This came after much time spent installing and reinstalling, using varied techniques and Mustek's tech support.

Summary: I ordered this large A3 size scanner on Aug, 2015. It took about 10 minutes to install, etc. and start scanning. The colors are fine. You are able to signify the area of the page to include (there's a preview scan) and there are some basic adjustments you can make using the Image Acquire app after...
I wanted it to work well, but it just didn't perform
27 August 2015
Summary: I was hoping this scanner would work well, but it did not. Firstly there is no on/off switch so that was a bit confusing. Apparently it turns on when you activate the software on your desktop, actually pretty cool, but very confusing in the same regard.
Summary: After less than 100 scans it malfunctioned. The scans were coming out with only some of the colors picked up. Of course it was just past the warranty time . I also had issues my computer being able to see the scanner so I essentially was only able to run it off of my older laptop.
Summary: It scans well, but setting it up took me 3 days to figure out. I have a windows 7 64 bit system and what I figured out was the driver is for Windows XP 32 or 64 bit not Windows 7 or 8 as the box states. Setting it up just put it into Unrecognized device in Windows device manager.
Summary: I had an issue with the 'less expensive' version of this scanner, returned it, then purchased the 'more expensive' model, and it's been an excellent tool to use for scanning my art work up to 1,200 dpi. I plugged it in and it immediately started working on my Mac computer (IOS 10).
