Summary: I have been using the Kodak i1120c scanners for several years for my clients to scan documents to my business, and they have been reliable and trouble-free for hundreds of thousands of scans. They are simple to install, easy to operate, and just plain work.
Summary: While this is not a comparison to other scanners, for quick, OCR, double sided scanning with moderate sheet feeding capability, this scanner is very effective. For the cost, it turns out very quick work of graphics and OCRed text of business documents. It is a very small footprint.
Summary: Let me start by saying I've used numerous scanners at my office (which is going paperless) and this is one of the best quality scanners I've used. I've used Xerox scanners, Cannon scanners, and other "better model" Kodak scanners. For the price, this model can't be beat.
Summary: Have scanned thousands of photos and documents so far in the past month. Had to use a can of air to blow out some dust, but otherwise no issues. Great value for bulk document scanning. Excellent for scanning lots of photos.
Summary: I had used Kodak scanners before and knew them to be fast and reliable and that influenced my decision to purchase this one for my home office. It is small and takes up little space yet it is big on performance.
Summary: The Kodak i1120 was recommended by my company for scanning documents in order to go paperless. I ordered one at first to see if this would work for our office. It did and I ordered a second about two weeks later.
Summary: These are great scanners which we use in our insurance agency. We currently have six 1120 scanners in use and have been using them for at least the last three years. This is the first one we've had to replace. Very reliable and easy to use.
