Summary: Had a problem with the scanner not working right when scanning to the PC. Went to Kodak website for support and found out It was supported by another company that went out of business in 2012 and Kodak doesn't support it.
Summary: I generally do not write reviews. I have to say I liked this product.... at first. I was not super impressed by the image but it was easy to adjust on the computer after scanned so even though it was going to be a mild pain I was still happy.
Summary: This is a really lousy picture scanner. If you care about the quality of your scans, you would be much better off spending a few more dollars on a quality flatbed. If you just need to scan a bunch quickly, then this will work (but you have to clean it regularly or the quality will be horrible.
Summary: Pandigital, the company that made this for Kodak, is apparently out of business. Warrantees are voided and no support is available, including software that was supposed to be available thru the instruction manual.
Summary: This is crap, plain and simple. I got three units, one after another, and NONE of them worked worth a damn. DO NOT BUY. Added 12-31-2013: The 1st Kodak P460 scanner I got wouldn't even turn on. Okay, these things happen, no big deal. I returned the scanner for an identical unit. 2 weeks went by.
Summary: I was really looking forward to this product but it just did not work. The pictures are grainy and there were white lines through the pictures. I never really got to use it with it working and so I am setting it back.
Summary: I should have paid more attention to the reviews but I was looking for a fast simple scanner. The quality is awful with white streaks going thru the middle of each photo. Save your money. Buy something else.
Summary: I scanned about 550 slides and then it quit. I went through all the diy fixes and then called the tech number in the instruction book. I was told that Kodak won't honor the warranty because the unit is actually made by Pandigital which they refuse to service anymore.
