Nice looking scanner, but be sure to check the specifications to make sure it can be installed on your computer

Summary: Very nice looking scanner! This scanner has a nice small footprint and looks good on my desk. More importantly, the Kodak i2600 has drivers for Windows XP Pro, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. It has drivers for Ubuntu, Fedora, RedHat and SUSE.
Summary: I works beyond expections. I purchased two of them. I have had some trouble getting them to hold onto default settings but am working on that. They don't necessarily work well with other scanning software but seem to work great with the Kodak software.

Summary: EXTREMELY FAST scanning - a double-sided document in 1 second! Blink ... it's done!! Your document goes through it like a taco from Taco Bell goes through your body ...immediately! Hell, just throw the taco in the toilet right after you buy it bc that's where it will end up in 5 minutes.
Great scanner, software so-so, tech support is bad.
