Summary: Bought the product under the premise that this works with Microsoft CRM Dynamics Online. To my surprise, the product does not work with the latest version of online which is a problem because customers can't control what version of CRM Online is being provided by Microsoft. I also will reiterate that support is poor at best. No direct contact and it takes days to get a hold of someone.
Summary: The Company falsely advertises that it can support integration with Salesforce (CRM) on a Windows and Mac, but that is not the case. You only get to use the 4.0 software on Mac, where you can not customize the fields or export to Salesforce directly. I contacted customer support several times, but I did not get a satisfactory reply except that they will fix the graphics on the box to avoid the false impression of Mac support.
Summary: The built-in battery allows me to take it to all my meetings and trade shows. The business cards are quickly scanned and stored in the internal memory. After connecting via USB to the computer, the software will immediately recognize the scanned images and import them into the software provide. From there I can send the contact info directly to MS Outlook. Text recognition works well and very accurate. The card scanner is a real time saver!
Summary: The mac version of the software is at v4.16 while the Windows version is 5. This means if you are trying to upgrade from Cardiris for SnapScan (which is at v4.17) you're actually going backwards. I don't recommend the product for that reason (as v4 on the Mac is buggy and not intuitive. Its crashed for me on several occasions and lost all the data of the business cards I had put into the program).
Summary: I purchased this device a year back, I couldn't use it, it is very complicated, it is not a friendly user at all, I have sent several complaints to the mother company for directions guidance with no positive response. Over priced, simply i regret spending money on such machine. The manual is not useful at all.....
Haven't Used all the features yet, but it's pretty good

Summary: This came right away. There is some confusion between the web-site and the product, because the site only goes up to 4 and the scanner/software are V5. If you try to load upgrades/updates, you get a loop. Another reviewer pointed out problems with the manual. It's thick, but only the first few pages are in English. The IrisCard scanner is not very big and it is light weight. I got it primarily because it doesn't connect to a computer when scanning.
