Summary: This unit has had communication issues with our server since the day it was installed. HP support is horrible and now that the unit is past its warranty period they tell me it needs to be replaced. Of course they wont do it because it is out of warranty.
Summary: We purchased it about a month ago, before than we had a digital sender made in 2002. This one is smaller, faster and provides better quality of scan. I don't know about other features, we only use it as a scanner.
