Summary: I like how easy this model is to use.It certainly performs for my needs. I had the same model that I purchased new and finally stopped working. So I decided to locate a simular used one on EBay to replace the one I had.
Summary: Nice sleek & trim style. Lightweight. I've had other scanners that were not as easy to use and less intuitive. Never had any problems the HP ScanJet3570c. It's always been reliable and worked well. The slide/negative scanner (TMA) is easy to use too.
Summary: Before you buy this item, you should know that HP does not sell replacement parts. And if you scanner goes out of warrantee, it's unfixable. I am an engineer and have discovered a flaw in the design of this scanner.
Summary: Tough and good looking, easy to install and operate. Unit survived very poor packaging by seller, and shows to be none the worse. Unit self installs and functions with just a few clicks, almost intuitively. Soft pastel colors show well in an otherwise subdued production environment.
Summary: Have had the 3570c for 4 years, connected to my mac. It's always been marginal, and lately virtually useless--even after reloading scanner software numerous times and troubleshooting. The software is horrible and extremely unstable.
use it with photoshop and its a no-brainer for $20.00 (used)

Summary: I just found this scanner at a yard sale for $20.00 bucks and its just great! I have a serious 11x17 scanner and yet another, older HP scanner and both are fine, but for $20.00 dollars, I now have a 'portable' that I can carry in a canvas tote bag and use in libraries (most libraries don't let you...
Summary: An awesome scanner for the money. Paid $39 at Circuit City (Sorry Amazon). Works like a dream. Of course you could get a higher end scanner but it would be a higher end price to boot. Does everything that the model replacing it does for about $50 less.
