Summary: I have quite a bit of experience scanning documents and have used a number of different machines, most of which were "All in Ones" where they were also printers and fax machines. This is actually the first "dedicated" scanner" I've tried.
Summary: Good Quality easy scanning. I needed a good sheet fed scanner to quickly send documents to my clients. the HP SanJet N6010 works well for what I need it to do. It could be faster but what do you expect? I love the push to PDF button and the fact that it has an energy save mode.
Summary: I hate this scanner. I use one at work to scan documents in as PDFs all the time, and I absolutely dread using it. It scans things in crooked, even if the page is straight going in and coming out.
Summary: I've had this unit for a while now and I use it daily. My main use is to scan one or two work orders at a time for clients. For this purpose, the unit works great. Since I don't need presentation quality, I find the scans to be just fine, regardless of the quality level I set it to.

It almost never works, bad softwares, slow, jamm almost all the time, fail to scan, not efficient at all, takes several pages...
Summary: This product came to me refurbished. It was in good condition and had all the parts. It was easy to install. The first couple of times I used it there seemed to be a problem in that after it sat for some period of time w/o use (I didn't track the time line) I would have to shut down the unit and...
Summary: The scanner is a vertical sheet feed scanner and NOT a flatbed scanner as above. The scanner is not that fast and the software is not quite one click. Still it does a good job scanning packs of materials in various resolutions.
Summary: Comments about HP Scanjet N6010: I have had problems, that HP support was able to solve with a power cycle that reloves around unplugging the unit, if you use the on/off switch to power cycle it will not fix the issue, leave the switch on and unplug it, it is crazy, but fixes the problem 1
