Summary: The scanner itself is of high quality and it only had about 8000 scans on it. Not much for a scanner rated to tens of thousands before any consumables need replacement. The reason this is 3/5 is because the power cord must be found separate, as well as the computer software.
Summary: If you do much scanning of single sheet materials, this is a fantastic device. It's fast, scans both sides at once, automatically eliminates any blank pages, holds about 50 (I think) sheets in the ADF, color or B&W, selectable resolution, and on it goes.
