Summary: I returned an earlier version of this scanner (2013) because it crashed twice and lost EVERYTHING I had scanned. When it worked, I loved everything about it. I will probably buy this newer version because I know Costco will take the product back if it happens again.

Cons: can crash and trash all scanned documents width limited to appx 9"
