Summary: It worked exactly once. Epson sent me a new USB, which did not help. Now they are sending me a replacement scanner, but took my credit card # in case I don't send them back the first piece of junk.

Summary: Can't use it. Was recommended by Epson rep to upgrade to this scanner to work with my Yosemite version for my Mac. After setting up & downloading program it did not work. After then reading requirements I realized my Mac version is not supported by this Epson scanner.

Summary: My 10 or so year old Epson Perfection 3170 Photo flat bed scanner jammed up and so I thought, rather than trying to get it repaired, I would purchase a new scanner as my 3170 was so old. I was shocked to discover that the V37 took at least 5 times as long to complete a scan as my 3170.
