Very Disappointed! No downloadable software! New Macs don't have disk slot!
Charles Memminger, Amazon
20 September 2015
Summary: Just bought this. My iMac doesn't have a disk slot so I have to downlong the software. But guess what? Nowhere on the Dymo website is there a link to download the needed software! Unbelieable. Of course, you can't get support on the weekends because they only keep banker's hours during the week.
I bought CardScan9 Executive and it did not work as ...

Summary: I bought CardScan9 Executive and it did not work as image scanner so I had to purchase CardScan Image Scanner. Both scanners look identical and same model#. Why did I not have the option to upgrade to the right software/driver Paul
Summary: I bought this a few months ago. The scanner works fine and on the whole the product seems useful, BUT, the program keeps asking me to register and each time I start the computer. The big joke is I have tried to call tech support about 6 times and the hold times are over 20minutes.
Difficult to use, outdated piece of office equipment

21 June 2014
Summary: This was a difficult, time-consuming and inefficient piece of office equipment, both inputting the data and in using it. I know other people who did use it, but there was nothing better at the time and I'm sure that the manufacturer updated it.
Bring back the CardScan 60........the OLD scanner worked better with OUTLOOK
James D. Rubins, Amazon
4 July 2013
Summary: I bought (and now will return) the Version 9 of this program. It does have an "add in" for Microsoft Outlook but the scans are not nearly as clear as the old hardware/software combination. The Model 60 will only work on 32-bit versions of Windows and MS Outlook so nothing in the modern world.
Summary: I was looking for a good way to organize 1200 business cards and Dymo seemed like the perfect solution. When I got the device, the installation disc didn't work, and when I called support, they sent me the proper link for a mac (apparently the device isn't MacBook Pro friendly).
Summary: I have used Card Scan for years. As of, Jan. 1, 2012, Card Scan no longer offers a web back up for your saved card data. Without the ability to save your data the possibity of losing your contact data makes this product very questionable to use. Sorry to see Card Scan make this change.
Cardscan Discontinues At Your Service without ANY customer notice
Carol Ackerman, Amazon
2 January 2012
Summary: I have used Cardscan for almost ten years. More importantly, I have recommended it to countless clients and have used it exclusively at PGA Tournament events, DESPITE the poor customer service. As I travel frequently, I have come to depend on the 'At Your Service' database backup invaluable.
