Summary: i buy this device , cause i have a great experience on a previous card scan, then i buy this one for mac, at some point the software just collapse, i can't see my scan cards, and the technical support told me to wait , until they launch the next version for the new mac system!?
Since Dymos purchases cardscan there seems to be no support for this porduct

Summary: Cardscan seems abandoned by Dymo. Dymo is destroying a very good product by abandoning it. No new software, no fixes not even to remove the default (At Your Service) backup services that are no longer supported. No tech support, etc. It is too bad. "Would I recommend this to a friend.

Summary: I purchased this product specifically for the feature of being able to sync my scanned cards with the mobile app. I pay an extra annual subscription for this service. This syncing feature does NOT work (I tried on 2 different laptops (Mac and Windows), using 3 different browsers.
Summary: I had been using Cardscan for years with my Mac. I was highly reliable and better than any other contact management system, and I looked at them all. But since being acquired by DYMO, the product has eroded and now no longer works with the latest OSX version.
Summary: This product will not work with Outlook 64 bit, DYMO suggests you downgrade to the 32 bit version! There is not a fix, upgrade or software revision to solve this problem. They suggest you use their contact software, then export to a vcard and then import into Outlook.
Summary: Nice, used unit. Disc with software dated 2008, and could load easily. Could not activate since I didn't have serial # for software - called CardScan and they gave me two different serial numbers - neither one worked. They need to solve the problem ASAP or I return the unit.
