Cant go wrong, perfect business card scanner.

  • Summary: I purchased this product specifically for the feature of being able to sync my scanned cards with the mobile app. I pay an extra annual subscription for this service. This syncing feature does NOT work (I tried on 2 different laptops (Mac and Windows), using 3 different browsers.

Very poor tech support.

  • Summary: I bought this a few months ago. The scanner works fine and on the whole the product seems useful, BUT, the program keeps asking me to register and each time I start the computer. The big joke is I have tried to call tech support about 6 times and the hold times are over 20minutes.

Easy to use business card / contact management system

  • Summary: Being in sales, I collect a lot (hundreds) of business cards through the year. I really like the ease of use with this card management system. As soon as I have a business card, I insert it into the reader, verify the scanned data, and then toss the business card in the trash.

Problems with USB 3 and other annoyances

  • Summary: Just spent about one hour on tech support with Dymo support. Apparently there is a know issue with the scanner not working well/at all on USB 3 ports. Unfortunately, the Microsoft Surface I use has only one USB port, which happens to be USB 3.0.

  • Summary: This was a difficult, time-consuming and inefficient piece of office equipment, both inputting the data and in using it. I know other people who did use it, but there was nothing better at the time and I'm sure that the manufacturer updated it.

Only unusual cards, or cards of poor quality are not completely recognised
