Does not work with Mac OSX 10.9 - Mavericks

G Purdy, Amazon
10 September 2014
  • Summary: Currently, Canon does not supply a driver for Mac OSX 10.9 (Mavericks) for this printer. This is despite what their advertisements claim. This means that the printer does not work with applications other than the Canon Capture on Touch. Even the bundled software for scanning business cards crashes.

Andre Choquette "BorderBuyer", Amazon
8 June 2014
  • Summary: Being that I am an accountant that has a mobile office (RV motorhome) that I use when I go to my clients for both tax appointments as well as year end and consulting appointments. Sure enough, the client will have some source documents that will need to be scanned.

Great Portable Document Scanner

joshlaymon, Amazon
31 March 2014
  • Summary: This scanner performs really well, once you put a little effort into it. First off, what I was searching for was Evernote integration. This product claimed to deliver that but it was a little unclear as to how to make it work and there is not much information available about this process either.

Does it well...

JAZZY62, Amazon
18 February 2014
  • Summary: I've owned several scanners including the snapscan. This scanner has been the best so far in that it is portable and USB SW capable meaning that it can work without installing SW for basic scanning.

Very Disappointed

klcjan, Amazon
23 January 2014
  • Summary: I bought this to replace my P-150, which I loved. I've usually had very good experiences with Canon products, but this one was a major disappointment. Pros: The software and scanner is easy to install & use. The image quality is on par with the P-150.

constant feed error

Real Review "truth", Amazon
19 January 2014
  • Summary: I cannot bare it anymore since it doubled and tripled my work due to constant feed error(won't feed without a push or feed multiple pages at once). It is worthless if a document scanner cannot feed correctly.
