Does not work with Mac OSX 10.9 - Mavericks

Summary: Currently, Canon does not supply a driver for Mac OSX 10.9 (Mavericks) for this printer. This is despite what their advertisements claim. This means that the printer does not work with applications other than the Canon Capture on Touch. Even the bundled software for scanning business cards crashes.
Summary: Being that I am an accountant that has a mobile office (RV motorhome) that I use when I go to my clients for both tax appointments as well as year end and consulting appointments. Sure enough, the client will have some source documents that will need to be scanned. In the past, I was using my iPhone with a scanning app but found that this was quite time consuming. I also was using a simple single page USB scanner from Brother which worked well but single sheet only.
Summary: This scanner performs really well, once you put a little effort into it. First off, what I was searching for was Evernote integration. This product claimed to deliver that but it was a little unclear as to how to make it work and there is not much information available about this process either. If you are interested in Evernote and have a Mac, then this review should help you. This is what was not explained in any documentation that I could find.
Summary: I've owned several scanners including the snapscan. This scanner has been the best so far in that it is portable and USB SW capable meaning that it can work without installing SW for basic scanning. The business card functionality is not top notch but I didnt buy it for that and consider that a bonus. It does work, but not as accurate as I would have liked it to.
Summary: I bought this to replace my P-150, which I loved. I've usually had very good experiences with Canon products, but this one was a major disappointment. Pros: The software and scanner is easy to install & use. The image quality is on par with the P-150. Issues: Software: When I did multi-page scanning with the P-150, I used to be able to rotate different pages before saving the scan. Can't do that with the 215. There seem to be fewer options for scanning with this model.
Summary: PROs: -Automatic duplex feature works great. -TWAIN option allows access by third-party applications (e.g., Adobe Acrobat), which means you are not limited to the included software. -Built-in software makes software installation on computer unnecessary -De-skewing feature straightens out pages that scanned at an angle. -Good auto detection of color, grey-scale, and black-and-white. -Works great right out of the box.
Summary: I cannot bare it anymore since it doubled and tripled my work due to constant feed error(won't feed without a push or feed multiple pages at once). It is worthless if a document scanner cannot feed correctly.
