The Canon imageFORMULA P-150M is a personal document scanner that features automatic and manual feeding of documents that measures 2.0" - 8.5" in width and 2.7" - 14" in length at 14-32 lb. weight. It can support up to 20 sheets of paper, and scans 8-bit grayscale documents as well as 24-bit color. The scanner is powered by a CMOS CIS sensor, RGB LED light source, and supports operating modes such as simplex, duplex, color, grayscale, black and white, error diffusion, and Advanced Text Enhancement II. It supports 600 dpi optical resolution, and scans black and white documents at 15 ppm /30 ipm, 15 ppm/30 ipm grayscale and 10 ppm / 20 ipm color. The Canon imageFORMULA P-150M supports Hi-Speed USB 2.0 interface, Mac TWAIN and Windows ISIS/TWAIN scanner drivers, measures 1.6" x 11" x 3.7" (Feeder Tray Closed) and weighs 2.1 lbs.

The Canon imageFORMULA P-150M is a portable and mobile scanner designed in a compact design that fits into briefcases and laptop bags. It supports one-pass duplex scanning and holds up to 20 items in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). The unit can scan up to 15 pages per minute (30 images per minute) and is compatible for use via a single USB cable connected to a PC that allows users to capture their scan onto a Mac or Windows system with CaptureOnTouch. It is bundled with Mac softwares such as Canon CaptureOnTouch and CaptureOnTouch Lite (built-in), NewSoft PageManager, and NewSoft Presto! BizCard; and Windows software such as Canon CaptureOnTouch. Other features on the Canon imageFORMULA P-150M include auto color detection, auto page size detection, deskew, pre-scan, prevent bleed-through/remove background, and rgb color dropout/red color enhance.
