Summary: I have used the DR-M160 for several weeks now and overall am very satisfied with my purchase. The scanner is compact and efficient, and its feeder is heartrendingly competent. After years of tears with a very expensive Hewlett-Packard flatbed scanner which regularly failed, this Canon machine is a...
Summary: I have a small office and I have 4 other Canon scanners and this one beats them all. It is very fast and it hasn't jammed or double fed any paper so far. I just ordered another one for my other office.
Summary: I usually buy Fujitsu because the fi-6130Z and up come with a Full Version of Kofax VRS (4.5 or 5.0 depending on model). I really liked the specifications and had good luck with Canon DR-3060 and DR-3080CII scanners.
Pros: Scans Fast. Works with Kofax Capture 10. If you don't need Kofax VRS then it's a good buy.

VRS Basic 4.5 does not enable Auto Rotation or Blank Page Removal. In my opinion the two best reasons to use VRS. Lucki...
Summary: This scanner is top notch, which is to be expected considering it costs as much as a good computer. Physically, the components seem very well made, I haven't had any jams at all, and it handles multiple sizes of paper - as long as it's less than about 11 inches, of course.
Fast scanner, but PDF software leaves a lot to be desired

Summary: This scanner is not your average, run-of-the-mill consumer grade device, and its performance shows. Unfortunately, the software that is bundled with it keeps it from being a five-star item. I installed the TWAIN device driver as well as the eCopy PDF Pro Office software.
Summary: Canon's ImageFormula DR-M160 scanner offers high-quality imaging for the business or home office. The compact design assures that the scanner won't take a great deal of space. The software and design are easy-to-use.
