Summary: I have several DR-2010C and DR2030C. This machine is compatible and like the other Canons of this style, good workhorses for a medical practice that uses them a lot. I started a number of years ago with $3000 Canons (that look a lot like this) but found this. 21 scanners later, I am still pleased. What's good: - works well with network or individual (best) - high speed - single sheet or several pages at a time.
Excerpt: I have a 51 year old appliance business and we have tons of old product catalogs that we refer to for old product dimensions. The corners are tattered and torn, some twisted and bent, this scanner just feeds them through. I will soon have all of these catalogs on digital and will be able to provide even better customer service.
Pros: Accurate Color, Excellent Software, Good Bit Depth, Good Resolution
Excerpt: The scanner is used on a daily bases in our offices - this is the 5th one we have bought - love them nothing is wrong with the others we have just purchased multiple units for each of our offices after seeing the quality of the machines....
Pros: Accurate Color, Easy To Set Up, Excellent Software, Good Bit Depth, Good Resolution
Summary: I was thinking of getting the Neat Desk Organizer until I started reading reviews about it. This Canon appeared to be the best value and got the job done for others by reading reviews. Decided to go with the Canon instead, even though it was a little more money. It has definitely lived up to the reviews. Absolutely love it. Very quick, very easy. Already scanned about 3,000 sheets of paper without a single hitch. Worth the buy. Highly recommend it.
