Brother DSmobile 610 Scanner

Gary Michael Rabetoy, Amazon
15 March 2013
  • Summary: I found this to be a very useful scanner. It is versatile, easy to install, and takes up not much space. The only downside to it is that it is often necessary to hand-feed documents multiple times to get a nicely aligned scan. Otherwise the scanning is excellent.

Does what I need

Douglaa Richter, Amazon
28 July 2012
  • Summary: It's light weight, has a case, gets it's power from the computer cable and fits in my compter bag easily. I mostly use it for receipts, but have scanned muliple page documents too. All the scans have come out great.

  • Summary: I had used this scanner at my work, and was so impressed i bought it for home use. I has great quality of scan, is reasonably fast, and it is easy to use, once you get the file naming figured out. It is so convenient to have at hand on my desk when I need to convert a document.

Impossible to get a good scan of a document with this device

Steve A, Amazon
2 February 2012
  • Summary: This is the first time I've ever felt strongly enough about a product to write a review, but I want to warn anyone else who might consider purchasing this scanner. Don't do it! I had this scanner packed back into its box and returned within one hour of opening it. Quite simply, it is impossible to get a good scan of a document with this device. The scanner could not seem to determine when to start "scanning" when it was feeding a document through.
