Summary: Excellent scanner very user friendly for scanning business cards, driver's licenses, etc. in my client's medical office. Tried two before, but found they didn't give the image quality and were harder to setup and use. Highly recommend this little scanner. Well worth the price.
Summary: Used for insurance cards and ID's. The quality of detail in the images it picks up is great. Smaller slot to insert cards means that the receptionist has an easier time. Install was easy and quick. Small so it doesn't require a whole lot of room.
Summary: This was purchased for the office staff, who use it to scan medical insurance cards. They report that they like it and it works fine. Their only complaint is that the accompanying software makes it seem that there is an option to scan the card in color, but this does not work with this particular model.
Summary: I had done a fair amount of research before purchasing this scanner, and I had come across mixed reviews. However, I went ahead and ordered this model as it seemed to meet my needs based on the description. I received the scanner several days earlier than expected, which was great. The installation was very clearly explained in the enclosed documentation, and went smoothly.
Summary: Works as advertised. We run approximately 10 to 12 cards through it a day and seems to be keeping up. Directions say to clean it per 1000 scans however we've noticed that we've had to clean it sooner then this. Probably because insurance cards are the cleanest. For the price we paid for it extremely happy with the product.
Summary: Purchased for dental office to scan insurance cards and ID cards. Simple setup, functions well, and saves the staff time and paper as the document is now stored electronically with the patients e-record.
