Summary: I don't understand how can someone rate this 5 stars. The blade holder on this tool has quite a bit of left right play and pretty much all of them got it. I've got Bosch and Hilti who have zero play. I just wanted a smaller tool but looks like Milwaukee is dropping the ball on quality. Returned before even using it. Same goes for all of their M12 line except for the new fuel line which is much better.
Summary: I had seen this in use on a job and fell in love. I bought it for use around the house and have not been disappointed. A quick trim on small pieces is what this specializes in. I don't think I would try big cuts on bar stock (get a portaband for that kind of work). Even a bit of tree trimming is up the units alley..
Summary: Perfect for what is designed for. I use it doing rough plumbing on custom homes (up to 23,000 sqf) and I like having it in my tool tray. Cuts PVC straight (positioning is perfect) slow start on the blade and excellent control. Will not slice through red letter PVC as quickly as a full size sawzall but it makes up for it in portability and ease of use. Perfect for tight spots up inbetween joists where nothing else will fit.
Summary: I can not get enough of this! I recently started to purchase my own hand tools. I work for a mechanical contracting company, but I am in the office. So I asked all of the techs what hand tools are the best and they all agreed that Milwaukee was the way to go. So When I needed a saw zaw for a home improvement project I bought this. Could not be happier.
