Cutting through 3/4 in 4x8 sheets of plywood like butter. Hands down

Summary: I replaced a 15 year old Skill saw. What a big difference this saw has made in my shop. Cutting through 3/4 in 4x8 sheets of plywood like butter. Hands down, best saw I have ever used. Woodworker for 30 + yrs.
Summary: This saw is a beast. I work construction, we use Dewalt impacts and drills, Milwaukee sawz-alls and Makita circular saws. I couldn't bring myself to buy a cheap $50 saw. I bent the plate on my B&D Piranha after tossing across the yard when I screwed up a cut on $500 door cuz the angle was jacked up. This new saw shaved it down flush 90 degrees, though a little high (gap at bottom) the door now looks good and works great.
Summary: Made in China, cheapness. Stickers came off first job. The motor is weak, even though it's supposedly stronger than older models. Why they changed the depth adjustment lever from right to left I don't understand. The honey-combed plate traps sawdust after every cut. Allen wrench for saw blade is awkward. Going to repair my 14 year old Makita that was made in Buford,Georgia. That is a much better saw.

Summary: I am a contractor and use this saw almost daily, it has great power to weight ratio easily rips/crosscuts even wet pressure treated materials. All adjustment knobs hold securely and I really like the extra bevel capacity and blade wrench stores inside the saw handle securely plus this thing looks awesome with the chrome motor housing. If you need a quality saw that will hold up to constant use and make accurate, clean cuts look no further.
