poor saws

  • Summary: I considered this tool to be quite good value when first purchased, however over prolonged use especially when cutting kitchen worktops the blade consantly falls out of the bayonet fitting and you have to hold it at an angle to go in a staight line. D.I.Y maybe not for carpenters.

  • Summary: Doesn't have a great feel in your hand, the motor does seem struggle when cutting 25mm hardwood, the pendulum mechanism is very weak and the base is not quite long enough and there is no plastic shoe for the base which dose mark material.Plus side the led light on the underside is a nice touch and the tool change set-up is nice albeit a little weak.I would definitely spend a little more next time on a replacement.Wouldn't recommend !
