Summary: This is my first Festool product, bought in conjunction with a few other accessories (like the track system and extensions) I was a bit skeptical but excited about this purchase. The saw is nothing shy of amazing. Vac operates great, excellent suction right up to the full bag for various debris.

Summary: Starting, I don't want you to get me wrong, these people make fine tools. I bought one at the above price and it is a jewel. Festool tools are already expensive, but the price of the euro has dropped, radically, the dollar has strengthened, To buy this product at a fair price, it should be 40%...
Summary: For me, it came down to the 55 or 75. I choose the TS75 for its depth of cut, I now own the 55 as well, but can honestly say, I use the 75 more. Its a costly saw, but if you own any other festools, you know that they are worth it.
Summary: I think the guy who wrote that review may have difficulties following directions, or possibly jumped in over his head. First off a quality cabinet saw for the same money (no). Secondly by his rather lengthly rambling it would appear english may be a second language.
Summary: As a builder, I've wanted a rail saw for years. A couple friends along with Festool literature persuaded me towards the ts75, almost entirely for the tantalizing promise of a polished surface cut. Imagine how much sanding time that would save on custom cabinet facing.
after 7 years of use my festool ts75 is still a work horse money maker.
