Summary: " After a very short time this sander just stopped working. Whilst it was working it sanded fine.. just like I would expect but then it stopped - neither use nor ornament now. Buy a different brand. "
Summary: " Sanded down some outdoor furniture. It failed after 6 hours and won't switch on. Up to then it had been OK and done a decent job. But it's not much good if you have to take it back after 2 days. Got a refund and now researching more reliable brands. "
Summary: " Purchased this as a replacement to my old Black & Decker which packed up part way through the job. I went fot the dual velcro/clamp version as I thought I'd carry on using ordinary sandpaper sheets.
Summary: " Used this sander for approx 6 hours of use and the base of the unit became detatched from the top half. It revealed a flimsy mechanism for holding the vibrating part of the unit to the top half that holds the motor.
Summary: " With the smoking remains of my previous sander (a Black and Decker) lying on the grass, I picked up this new sander. The old one was never as good as this one is. Less vibration, better sanding (how is that possible on the same sanding sheets?).
Summary: " I wanted a small controllable sander for various floor preparations. This product offerred a good solution at an affordable price. The clamping system for own purchase sanding sheets offers good flexibilty although the dust collector then becomes redundant.
Summary: " This one replaces my 10 year old PSS250 and has a much more robust attachment method for no velcro 1/3 sheets. My old one failed on the faster here as well as the pad fell off and at £25+ for the replacement was time for a new machine. The parts are much cheaper on this one.
Summary: " An excellent sander, much easier and more comfortable to use than my 15 year old Bosch sander. Velcro mounting very useful but also conventional fixing essential to keep costs of sheets down. Speed control very effective. "
