Summary: " A good quality product which does exactly "what it says on the tin." Bought and used to do a lot of work on a boat and it hasn't missed a beat . Not too heavy as to make overhead work hard and fits well into my slightly smaller than average hand. What more could one ask for at £50?
Summary: " I am a great fan of the Bosch range of kit but in this case don't be fooled by the description that says "Comes with Bosch Micro Filter System and carry case" It does not include a carry case for the sander!!!!
Summary: " Would highly recommend this orbital sander over the Black & Decker equivalent. Better action - more powerful motor & better design. This item & the detail sander is all you need for most DIY needs at home .
Summary: " I found this sander to be very good at its job and comfortable to use, but the hooks on the base plate wear away reasonable quickly meaning the sandpaper no longer grips and flys off, a replacement base plate are quite expensive if you can get one.
Summary: " Just starting out as a DIY'er I'd just made myself a coffee table as a first project and needed something with a bit more guts than a palm sander to get the tabletop reasonably flat. This did a good job of it with 120g paper.
Summary: " This is a very competent performer. Sands well and easy to use and change papers. Dust collector was the only poor element as it was of little benefit and a vacum connection would make more sense.
Excerpt: I have found this to be a quality bit of kit does it's job very well makes sanding a breeze. Minimal dust fits in the hand nicely all in all I would recomend this. Would have given 5* except that it came with only 1 disc and not 3 as advertised. Will go back to store to see what they say.
Excerpt: The hook and loop (velcro) system on this sander is incredibly poor. The sanding discs do not stay fixed - mine lasted about half an hour before flying off. I even replaced the bosch rubber backing pad, in case it was a one-off - it had exactly the same problem.
