Zyxel has total contempt for quality control, and you.

Summary: This wireless router is probably the worst piece of technology I've ever seen. It has to be unplugged and plugged back in 2 or 3 times a day or it will boot your device from the network and refuse to let it reconnect. It was given to us as part of some kind of package deal by Time Warner, which shows you the kind of contempt they have for their customers.
Summary: I purchased this wireless router after having an older model (from another manufacturer) fail on me time & time again. The instructions for setting this up weren't really clear for me - - an admitted computer flunky. But once I muddled through things (making a few mistakes and having to back up,) this product worked wonderfully! The only reason for four stars is the unclear instructions. For the price, this is a good product!
Summary: I love this router! It has a great signal, and it really make a difference, i had a thompson and it was slow, and now with this router i can enjoy browsing on the internet. It has a great quality, and it's really easy to setup. The only cons i can say is the manual is like a quick manual, it doesn't have all the info you may need but it does complies with it's purpose.
Summary: I got this router for $69 with a $69 rebate (got it for free) when I signed up for Comcast internet. This router worked fine for the first two days and then started giving me TERRIBLY slow connection. I would get a 1.4mb DL speed with the wireless router connected and then a 27.5mb DL speed when I plugged into modem. It would also always tell me that the DNS was failing along with disconnecting and reconnecting randomly all the time.
Good features except no firewall settings, just on/off

Summary: I bought this router to complement my mom's Roku Christmas present. Overall it seems like it will be a good fit. Antenna and construction seem good with very fast speeds and it can be used as either regular router or as access point. The Zyxel brand is good so I felt OK with buying, however even after updating to the latest firmware I was disappointed to see that there are no firewall settings. Just on or off, no ability to open specific ports.
Summary: I brought this device a few days ago. I installed as an access point for my verizon fios wireless to cover low signal area. It works as it supposed to be. Installation is simple. It is common router as others. I owns linksys, dlink, netgear and other home wireless router before. The function is no more than others. A few configuration screen got hung during changing, but just reboot to make it work. About High Gain Antenna, It looks like bigger than linksys and dlink.
Summary: Yep, Dead on Arrival, right out of the box. Called CS, they went thru the troubleshooting steps and determined item was defective. Sent it back UPDATE...Sent it back and got another one. It was also DOA. Called customer service. They sent me a prepaid mailing label to send it back. Going to test the next one before they send me the replacement. Oh brother!!!!!!!!!!. Better off buying something else.
Summary: I bought this router and since very first day I am having problem... It doesn't get DNS information automatically and hence doesn't connect to laptop easily..I contacted customer service (which is available on weekdays 8AM-5 PM only) and they said there is an issue with hardware. I got it replaced and again problem persist... Somehow i managed to connect to my laptop with lot of difficulty. My friend came to my place and he tried to connect his laptop and failed..
