Excerpt: This was my first Router. My Needs were very basic and I saw the Western Digital N750 as a good value and from a respected company. I Chose to select a Dual Band router to anticipate any future advancements which may need this feature. The Set up was quick and easy and everything needed was included in the box. The Range is more than adaquate for my Two Story Townhouse. Tested with my Tablet in all the areas, a strong signal was always indicated.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Fast Connection Speed, Reliable connection, Secure Connection
Excerpt: Many people complained about this. But it seems fairly straightforward if you first update the firmware and then follow the instructions step by step. It is not the fastest router, but at around $30, it is a no-brainer that this router deserves a better reputation. Some people are concerned about over heating. I have never had such a problem. Make sure that there is enough air circulation around. After being on for weeks, it never had a single issue, no reboot.
Excerpt: Works well and easy to set up, much better than my other 5-year old router (newer technology is better). Get the advertised download and upload speed as Comcast says (25/5Mbs). All nine devices connected can stream videos smoothly simultaneously. Like the capability to connect two USB-external hard drives to the router to act as network drive.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Fast, Fast Connection Speed, Reliable connection, Secure Connection
