"Wait until WDC has improved software"

3 January 2011
  • Pros: Hardware works, as most all WDC hardware does, well. Nice, small package. External packaging was environmentally responsible.
  • Cons: Supplied software is a travesty. For example, the EULA buttons didn't have any text on them. WDC web support is abysmal. Why do they think they need my phone number and mailing address. Forum answer looked poorly researched.
