Summary: Pros: Setup couldn't be easier. Literally plug first box into an outlet and connect to the router, then plug other box into another outlet and connect to other computer, PS3, Xbox, or whatever. Connection recognized immediately. 4 ports on each box (8 ports total) for $100. Cons: Performance was not good. Attempting to run wired connection from router in one corner of the house to the PS3 in the opposite corner of the house (more or less the farthest distance possible).
Summary: I purchased this product based on the description that it works with HDTV streaming. It did not work for my particular setup so unfortunately I had to return it. I am sure it will work great for most uses, but I have to base my review and rating on my personal experience with the product. My setup is that I record TV using a WinTV-HVR-2250 card and the Beyond TV software in my upstairs PC.
