Another PORT in the storm!

Excerpt: Best little switch for the money! This is great when there just isn't another Ethernet port in the area. Our building was only setup with one data jack in each office. What were they thinking.
Excerpt: For less than a sawbuck I was able to break out my one source of ethernet into multiple jacks. The switch works great and all in the background without worry or adjustments. It couldn't be simpler, just plug it in and it works! B & H packaging and delivery service make it a no-brainer for my purchase. I'll be back!
Excerpt: I'm a coordinator who works out of the warehouse in our building. We have a very elaborate Network setup for the main office but there was no way for those of us in teh warehouse to connect a wireless printer to the network due to teh advanced encryption we use. The only way we could make it work is to use a Network switch to get the printer on the network and then hardwire atleast 1 of the laptops through the network switch. It Worked!
Summary: Pros: Just open the box plug in the power supply and the internet cables. I used # 1 for the input from the cable modem, #2 to the router, and #3 to my desktop. I've been having issues with my internet dropping its connection to the web. I'm using this to separate the desktop from the router to help diagnose whether the problem is with my service provider or my router. Hopefully I will able to update this review with whether or not this met my expectations.
Excerpt: I wanted to extend my network to include my bluray player and xbox and this switch did the trick. Small and compact and arrived quickly. There wasn't too much documentation on it, just the basic setup. But I ended up finding those on google.
