Summary: Bought this to replace an old router that kept shutting off. Installed DD-WRT right out of the box with no issues. This router has been great. For the price I am very happy. I did by two 8dBi antennas to replace the 5dBi ones that it comes with.
Summary: Works fine and was simple to set up. No issues. I set this up for a friend who only had a cable modem and ethernet. It was not difficult to get online, but I can only speak to that particular environment.
Summary: I wanted this to extend my wifi out into the back yard. I upgraded the firmware from the TP-Link site without any problem. Then turned bridging on, set it up, and it worked first try. Nice fast router for an absurdly low price.
Summary: Works fine all over our house. That is, good reception with all devices anywhere inside. (Haven't gone outside yet with a laptop.) Streaming movies to the Apple Box/Netflix works well. The price of this router was surprisingly low at about thirty bucks.
