  • Summary: Original I have Trend routerTEW-652BRP. Because it keep freeze or drop. So I have to get this one. current I have no problem so far hope that will keep me for years to come.
  • Pros: Putty good. you can change antenna if need more range. The setup is very easy even..o. Because I just hook up today not sure about reliable. Over all is putty good mid-low end router.
  • Cons: The security is very basic so..dont expect too much. and speed is only around 150mpbs. soft reboot is really hurt when try to config, hope they fix that problem in future.

"Good router for the price"

mertox, CNET
13 September 2010
  • Pros: For the price this is a great deal. 802.11n will still max out the data your average internet user on DSL can use. Easy setup.
  • Cons: If you have the fasterest internet service then you might not get max speed since it caps at 150.

Disappointing to use with ADSL router,

Rodders, Amazon
16 August 2011
  • Summary: Spent ages trying to get this to work after connecting my ADSL router on the WAN port. Eventually resorted to using one of the 4 LAN ports and leaving the ADSL 4-port router to act as the DHCP server which worked okay, but this limits the LAN ports and it would be no good if you have only have a basic ADSL modem. The box has a label which states "for cable modem" but this isn't shown on the amazon description. Works okay now.
