Summary: Pros: Easy setup, when in range the speed is fine, easy to use. Cheap. Cons: Range, range, range. For a product advertised to have super long range, it's pitiful. So much so, I was thinking mine was defective and had it returned.
Summary: I would have to say that this was one of the BEST routers I had ever purchased. It was the most reliable and had the best range/coverage. It was amazing, right up until a thunderstorm blew it up and I had to call customer service. That is the one major negative!
Summary: probably will get a linksys or something. sigh.
Pros: great range, it really gives 4 to 5 bars pretty far away.
Cons: so i got 2 of these units. 1 for me 1 for office. 1 unit works fine and the other, constantly drops packets. cant keep the computers on it without seeing packets drop. maybe i got a defective unit.
Summary: I originally bought this as an emergency replacement for another router. After years of service it's predecessor finally began to fail, so this was taken out of storage. I could never get the encryption to work. The client cards could not connect if I changed the default SSID (3 different brands).
Pros: It was on sale. Can be used as a 4 port switch and/or firewall.
Cons: It was almost worth the sale price. Even on sale it was more expensive than most switches at the store I bought a replacement router at. It would never save the correct date and time. Always either 1 or 10 hours off (assuming it had the correct date). No amount of saving the correct date/time/DST...
Summary: I am working with Win-XP; my TP-Link TL-WR541G is attached by eithernet to another LinkSys router, which is fed my a Hughes.net Modem. I re-attached my old LinkSys WAP-11 access point several times as a test - and my connection was always good. .
Pros: All of the front LED's that should be on or flashing came on immediately - however, the "easy inststall" program said "flashing" for some and "on" for others - the LED for the WAN was flashing when the program said it shoud be on. Flashing is correct. . I paid only $18 with an eMail coupon code. ...
Cons: It took me over an hour on the telephone, talking to a tech who had such an accent that I had to get her to repeat every sentence two or three times, before the WiFI connection finally worked. . The "Easy Install" CD program went just fine untill the very end, when it "Failed to Verify Router Set...
Summary: I purchased this item to connect my preexisting WiFi AP to extend wifi spot, but this bridge function requires to register this AP's MAC address to remote AP also. But my preexisting AP does not have such a function. So I couldn't connect them.
Had trouble setting up / Range decent but unimpressive

Summary: I purchased this router so that I could stream music to my mobile phone while in the yard. My old router, a Linksys wireless B router didn't cut it. With claims like 2x-3x range, I expected to be able to extend WiFi coverage to the edges of my yard (it's a small yard!).
Summary: Bought it to have a wireless connection for my desktop and laptop, and a wired connection for PS3. Router was easy to set up and worked great for the first 8 months, only needing reset about once a month.
Pros: Affordable price, simple set up, strong signal
Summary: I have tried everything to try and get it to work with security but its just not happening sadly Im not sure if I want to send it back or just let it go without security cause I am in an apartment complex and we all have the same internet that the complex provides.
Pros: The price The design Works really well when it works
Cons: Whenever I go to change any of the settings or even to just add a security key to it it just stops working completely. The "Sys" button will stop blinking and just turn solid if I tamper with any of the setting in either the manual 192.168.1.1 way or the resource cd way.
