  • Summary: no Dual Band, no MIMO tech, Mini-USB port. Well, that's alright. Right now I'm using this Unknown brand single antennas wireless gateway provided by my ISP. A "Not getting disconnected N adapter" is the most important thing.
  • Pros: - Dual External Antennas, - USB INTERFACE
  • Cons: - Not Dual Band, - Not MIMO, - Mini-USB port ?

  • Summary: Buy this unit to replace my D-Link DWA-140 and the range is amazing, i don't need a 20' usb cable to plug my receiver and the speed/signal strengh is better than the DWA-140 v 20 feet and 2 floor more !!! my router is in my basement and this unit keep the signal at max speed and signal strengh when my d-link was only 1 floor and just up of the router and the signal was at anywhere between 3 and 5 bar depending on interferences...
  • Pros: Really great range, easy install
  • Cons: none !!

  • Summary: as advertise it did boost the signal reception replacing my old adapter. the installation is quite simple and everything all setup. For the price of about 22$ it's a very good purchase. The only thing it's 2 times bigger than some other USB adapter.
  • Pros: good range, easy to install
  • Cons: large than other adapter

Excellent!

  • Summary: I bought this adapter for my shop, which is near my house but not attached. I previously used a d-link USB adapter and the signal was just too weak to be usable. This adapter is great! I have full bars now and the speed seems to be way better even than my computer in the house. I'd buy this adapter again and I'm considering changing the adapter in my house computer to this one. This is a great adapter but it's even better because of the price.

  • Summary: very easy installation. signal strength is very good and is far better than 'memory stick' type adapter that i replaced. 5 foot length of usb cable allows for device to be placed away from computers and gives good flexibility.

  • Summary: Works perfectly after set up. Fast speeds and the antenna offers a far range that is able to detect WiFi ID's that I've never seen before :). Two cons that are minor but apparent: 1. The WiFi software it comes with will always auto start up at launch. Which I always have to exit before using the computer. The software is the same as using your computer to detect and connect to WiFi. 2.

  • Summary: This product works awesome! I have my router in the basement and my computer on the 2nd floor on the other side of the house and this adapter provides full bars of signal always! Way cheaper than a wireless ethernet card and more reliable.
