Summary: I dont post reviews often, but my "smart" TV's internal wireless died so I I picked this up to use as a bridge to the physical NIC in the TV. Super easy setup, and it just works. Great bang for the buck to turn a wired device into a wireless one.
it works great. I haven't tried it in any other applications

Summary: Tried establishing a wireless access point using a high-quality router set in AP mode, only to suffer cut-outs, internet problems, and the death of my main router as a result (still not sure how thats possible, but that is what happened).
Not very impressive. Needs frequent re-boots. Failed after 30 months.

Summary: Purchased this access point in Dec 2012. Had trouble installing it as the directions are completely inadequate unless you're a networking professional. Then, once it was running, I routinely had to do hard reboots by unplugging the power cord because it simply stopped responding.

Summary: I bought this to extend wi-fi to our guest room. Well, it does that OK, but when it's running, it makes internet access flaky in the parts of the house that can "see" both this repeater and the main wi-fi.
Summary: I've had issues covering my back yard with a decent wifi signal and I was pondering putting a directional antenna on my existing access point or getting a separate one, and decided running a separate one in Client mode was the best option.
Summary: I bought this to use in client mode to hook up devices without wireless capability. It worked fine on test runs, but this week it needed to be run constantly. Again, it hooked up fine, but kept dropping the connection sometimes after a few hours sometimes after a few minutes.
