Summary: Just a good cheap gigabit switch. Seems to handle mixed gigabit/100Mbit connections without slowing down the fast connections. I've got four or five of these running on several different small-business networks, and one in my house.
Pros: I've bought several of these over the past couple years. They're all serving very nicely.
Summary: Worked perfectly for my home application. I used the 16-port TL-SG1016DE Easy Smart for my rack and while the switch is a bit heavy in the rear for the rackmount extensions to handle, it still works decently if you push the rear up to bend the brackets and make it level.
Summary: These switches are absolutely amazing! Its fanless and makes NO noise! It was a nice light weight and rackmounted easy enough, though I did have to buy bolts that secured its included mounting bracket to the rack. I liked that any port can be the uplink.
Summary: I've had no problems whatsoever with this switch. Admittedly I'm not (yet) utilizing 16Gbps constantly, but it definitely transfers at 1Gbps on each port. It's built very sturdily as far as I can tell.
