Summary: Bought this a week or two ago. It's working perfectly. I never had this brand before, but I have no complaints so far! I got a new internet connection with 175mb transfer speeds and upgraded my whole network. It pushes it thru with no problem! Everything just WORKS!
Pros: It's just works, and it works great!
Cons: Absolutely none! I plugged it in, it worked, and I never had to mess with it since!
Summary: Excellent product! the min i got it, I unboxed it. I did not even bother reading anything. I never do. Plugged my Internet cable into Slot 5 (does not really matter) and hooked up my PC, Laptop, and IMAC so I have a dedicated connection.
Pros: Got this on sale. Installed it on my media server network, and instant improvement. If you have slow video problems this gigabit switch just might be what you need. Get some cat 6 cables with it so you maximize speed gains. Like the blinking lights, show up even under florescent lighting.
Cons: Kinda cheap looking case. But so what its in my basement.
Summary: Bought this about 4 months ago. It worked great until it didn't. It just stopped working for no reason. Too bad this is outside the return window, or I would be returning in a heartbeat. Waste of money. I tried to go with a cheaper brand because of the reviews, but was burned in the end.

I don't know that it is fair to say that it is flimsily constructed; it is plastic and feels light in comparison to metal competitors, but unless you...
Summary: Not a feature laden switch. Would not handle an enhanced Transport Protocol from a security camera DVR. Note: The Security Camera DVR provides PoE to the cameras, this switch went between the DVR and the rest of the network.
Summary: Awesome plug-n-pay switch. A LITTLE BACKGROUND: I was getting ready to expand my home theater with a network connected receiver but had only 1 network cable in the room that went to the blu-ray player. I didn't want to run another network cable and the wifi module for the receiver was $99.
