Summary: This used to work with my Sierra 312U Bigpond Ultimate (White) but now it drops the connection regularly and is unusable with a blinking blue light on the Sierra USB modem. Not sure what has changed, we now have to connect direct to the Macbook which holds the connection. I am now looking for a replacement.
Summary: Once I plugged in the Novatel 760 USB modem, logged into the router from the computer and modified some settings to match my situation, and then accessed the network with the ISP's proprietary software (VZAccess), it connected and provided a wireless network which was easily accessed over most of the house. However, the connection speed using the wireless router is noticeably slower than when using the 3G (Verizon) USB modem connected directly to the computer.
Summary: Product is not user friendly. Product is not plug and play spent 6 hrs trying to get it working no luck so far. Will not work with virgin mobile with out updates but updates do not download correctly. You have to call field support which is people you can not understand. They are not very helpful.
Summary: I've bought this as a backup to my ADSL service. The router arrived with an EU socket power supply which I wasn't too impressed with, but hey ho, one plug adapter later and we're good to go. The GUI is fairly intuitive but was written by someone for whom English is not their first language. But there's a Setup Wizard that can get you up and running.
Excellent broadband router, with a budget price tag.

Summary: I bought this router because it was the cheapest broadband router I could find, it's Chinese made, but to my surprise, it's a great little router with lots of features, and works perfectly with my Telstra Sierra dongle, I have been using it constantly for 3 months so far without any problems. If you're on a budget like me I would recommend it.
